Returns
Storm Srl is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction by offering customers the possibility to return one or more items purchased on Schott.it and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items, in accordance with the conditions set out below.
For online purchases, consumer customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. In the case of a single order consisting of multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the delivery of the last item.
The cost of a size exchange is included in the original purchase price, unless otherwise stated by Customer Service. In the case of order withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products, shipping errors or different instructions provided by Storm Srl.
If the customer chooses to use a return collection or return shipping service arranged by Storm Srl, the related cost, equal to €18.00 VAT included, may be deducted from the final refund.
Return Conditions
To return one or more items to Storm Srl, the customer must comply with the following conditions:
- All items sold on the Storm Srl website are delivered with a tag indicating the product specifications. Items may be tried on without removing the tag.
- Returned items must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way other than what is necessary to try them on.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent to the customer and must be properly packed and protected.
- All labels, both fabric labels and hangtags, must be intact and must not be removed from the item.
- The return or withdrawal request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date of the goods.
- Once the withdrawal has been communicated or the return has been authorized, the customer must send back the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the withdrawal notice or from the instructions received from Customer Service.
Storm Srl reserves the right to reject returned goods and send them back to the customer at the customer’s expense if the products show signs of being worn, used, damaged, without tags or otherwise not compliant with the conditions listed above.
Return Procedure
To request return authorization, the customer may send a request to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The request must include the order number, the item codes of the products to be returned and the reason for the request, such as size exchange, item exchange, withdrawal, defective product or shipping error.
Once the request has been received, Storm Srl Customer Service will send the customer written confirmation with the instructions to follow.
The return shipment is under the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of defective products, shipping errors or different instructions provided by Storm Srl. Storm Srl is not liable for any loss, damage caused by improper packaging or delays in the delivery of the return shipment.
Items must be returned in the original packaging or in equivalent packaging in terms of type and protection. All returned items will be inspected by Storm Srl staff to verify compliance with the stated conditions.
Storm Srl reserves the right to apply additional charges if necessary to restore the returned items for resale, where the returned goods are not compliant with the conditions set out above. Such amounts will be communicated to the customer after inspection.
Size, Colour or Item Exchanges
Customers wishing to exchange an item for a different size, colour or product must initiate the return procedure by writing to [email protected].
Shipping costs and any handling costs will be borne by Storm Srl in the case of an authorized size or item exchange, unless otherwise communicated to the customer.
Order Withdrawal
Consumer customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery, without having to provide any reason.
The withdrawal may be communicated by e-mail to [email protected], through an explicit statement or, for orders concluded online, through the digital withdrawal function available on the website.

Defective Products or Shipping Errors
If the customer receives defective goods or if a shipping error is made by Storm Srl, the customer must follow the same procedure described above.
Storm Srl reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective or non-compliant goods.
Refunds
If the return or withdrawal procedure has been correctly followed and all stated conditions are met, the refund will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned item, or after the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. If the order was paid with PayPal, the refund will be made to the same PayPal account used for the order.
If the customer chooses to receive store credit instead of a refund, a code will be provided which can be used for a future purchase exclusively on www.schott.it.
For any matters not expressly stated, the applicable Italian and European regulations on distance selling shall apply.
