Digital Withdrawal
For orders concluded online on Schott.it, consumer customers may exercise their right of withdrawal also through the digital withdrawal function available on the website.
The digital withdrawal function allows customers to inform Storm Srl of their decision to withdraw from the purchase contract in a simple, clear and traceable way, within the period provided by the applicable regulations.
When the right of withdrawal can be exercised
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. In the case of a single order consisting of multiple items delivered separately, the period starts from the delivery of the last item.
The right of withdrawal applies to online purchases made by consumer customers. It does not apply to purchases made in physical stores, unless a different commercial policy is applied by the store.
How to use the digital withdrawal function
To start the procedure, the customer may log in to their account, select the relevant order and use the dedicated withdrawal function.

During the procedure, the customer will be asked to provide or confirm the following information:
- customer’s first name and last name;
- order number or information identifying the contract from which the customer intends to withdraw;
- items for which the customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal;
- e-mail address or other electronic means through which the withdrawal confirmation will be sent.
Withdrawal confirmation
After completing the online withdrawal statement, the customer must confirm its submission through the dedicated confirmation function.
The withdrawal will be submitted only after the customer activates the confirmation button or command identified by the wording “Confirm withdrawal” or an equivalent wording.
Receipt of the request
Once the request has been confirmed, Storm Srl will send the customer, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium, for example by e-mail.
The acknowledgement will include the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its transmission.
The right of withdrawal is considered exercised within the withdrawal period if the online withdrawal statement is submitted by the customer before the expiry of that period.
Returning the products
After exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer will receive instructions for returning the products.
Products must be returned intact, unworn, unwashed, unironed, untreated and complete with tags, labels and adequate packaging.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products, shipping errors or different instructions provided by Storm Srl.
Refund
The refund will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned products, or after the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Alternative methods
The digital withdrawal function is provided in addition to the other available methods and does not replace them.
The customer may still exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an explicit statement to [email protected], indicating the order number, the customer’s details and the items concerned by the withdrawal.
